Toner 

This toner provides hydration and long-lasting moisture retention, quickly enhancing penetration to promote better absorption of the active ingredients in serums and creams for the skin.

Directions :

Applying a sufficient amount of toner to a soft cotton pad and gently wiping over 

cleansed face and neck. Avoid the eye area.
